Principal
Cheryl is an experienced corporate and commercial legal adviser specialising in technology, privacy, information security and procurement with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
With over 13 years’ legal experience (in-house and private practice), Cheryl has advised clients across multiple industries including within energy, telecommunications, financial services, health sciences, education and government.
Having acted on both the customer side and vendor, Cheryl is highly effective at providing both strategic legal and commercial advice to enable effective long-term stakeholder relationships.
Cheryl has advised on a number of projects aimed at:
driving process improvement and maturity of processes;
driving reliability and performance improvements and realising significant costs savings;
improving the customer experience; and
promoting strong cultural awareness and responsibility for regulatory compliance.
